Meet Our Pints & Poses Instructors!
Meredith Mooney is a Registered Yoga Teacher with a 200hr certification in Hatha Flow style yoga, a 40hr training in Vinyasa Yoga, and an additional 20hr training in Yin Yoga. Meredith began teaching in 2016 with at Circle Brewing Co. with some of her fellow yoga teacher friends, and now teaches at other locations around the Austin area, in addition to (her favorite classes) at Pints & Poses at Circle.
Meredith was an army-brat growing up, moving around to various states and countries on a yearly basis, but she never felt at home in her own body until she began a regular yoga practice. Yoga teaches you how to really be present with your own thoughts and emotions, in your own body, and in your own heart. Home really is where the heart is and Meredith looks forward to sharing that with you. Namaste!
Isabel was born in Mexico and moved to the U.S. when she was a tot. She grew up in Chicago and completed her undergrad studies at DePaul University. During her undergrad, she took her first hot yoga class that left her hooked! In 2009, she moved to Austin for warmer weather
and the “Keep Austin Weird” vibes. The change was a bit much at first. But she felt keeping a regular practice helped keep her grounded and bring a sense of familiarity.
When she realized how much yoga helped her with a variety of physical, mental, and emotional issues, Isabel decided that she had to share this practice with others. In 2015, she got her 200hr yoga teacher training from Yoga Yoga studio. After teaching at a variety of communities throughout Austin, Isabel founded Pints & Poses at the brewery in 2016. Aside from teaching at Circle Brewing Co., Isabel teaches yoga at various locations including bilingual classes at the Mexican American Cultural Center through Pure Action org.
Beside yoga+beer, Isabel loves spicy food, traveling, dogs, and her husband, Ben. Favorite pose: Child’s pose. Favorite beer: Doppel Blur
Stephanie is a Registered Yoga Teacher with 200hr training in Hatha Flow from Yoga Yoga in 2015. She was born and raised in the Austin area and fell in love with yoga while in college by taking a course at ACC. She started teaching in 2016 right here at Circle Brewing Co. with her Yoga Yoga alums Isabel and Meredith. She is an Ashtanga student at Ashtanga Yoga Austin so she incorporates the Ashtanga vinyasa style into her classes.
Outside of yoga, Stephanie is a Registered Nurse and is completing her Master's Degree in Nursing Informatics. Stephanie works from home full time so she gets to spend the day with her fur babies. She currently lives in Pflugerville with her boyfriend, two dogs, and a cat. After completing her degree, she hopes to offer more time to teaching yoga and offering private lessons. In her spare time, you can find her at local shows of the rock/metal variety in Austin, watching hockey (GO PENS), Whole Foods, and of course Circle Brewing Co.

Tiki was born and raised in Ohio but couldn't stand the cold so she relocated to Texas in 2009. While studying Exercise Science at the University of Houston, she stumbled upon yoga because she needed an extra credit hour for school. After graduating, Tiki dove into all things health and fitness: marathons, yoga, nutrition, weightlifting, and bodybuilding competitions.
Tiki is a Registered Yoga Teacher and completed her 200 hour certification in 2015. She also hold a group fitness certification on behalf of Athletics and Fitness Association of America. Tiki believes in expressing emotions in a positive light through yoga. "We all have a story to tell and we all have a voice to use and I'm thankful yoga has helped me learn this and share it with the world."
Outside of the yoga studio, Tiki is a kindergarten teacher. She also loves being on or near any body of water to kayak, paddle board, swim or tube.
